Nice selection of boots! Kat was incredibly helpful to me and my group of friends! So patient and helped me find boots that were my vibe.
Spent nearly an hour trying on boots. A salesman repeatedly pressured me to make a purchase when I was still undecided, removed the tag from a pair before I had agreed to buy them, and directed me to the register. The interaction felt very pushy and uncomfortable. As I walked away, I overheard comments that sounded like he was mocking me to another customer. A medium sized store. (Compared to the ones I shop in the DFW metroplex, by home) Shout out to Marrisa and the big guy that greeted me as I sweated on in to see the store. They both got to know me a minute before asking if I was searching for anything: I said boots. Nothing caught my eye in the size 12 selections. Bryan helped me with a boots purchase this morning. I was looking for function over form, and some of the other boot shops shrugged me off when I was looking for a women's shoe with a low heel and box toe. We ultimately found me a men's 7D that fit awesome AND looks cute!!
