I really regret going here for work boots, first off when I bought them the customer service was terrible. The blonde lady selling them to me was overwhelmed but rude, and the boots were an extremely worn display with no box that I payed full price for. I spent 300$ on thorogood boots that ended up being defective due to a misaligned toe-box. Came here to find some genuine leather boots to wear for ranch work/horseback riding that wouldn't break the bank. Michael was a huge help, he spent a while trying to help me find a pair that fit the criteria, and when we couldn't find a pair on the floor, he ordered some online to be shipped to the store for me so I could exchange them if they didn't fit. Very thorough and kind and took his time to help me out!

I went in to get my hat reshaped and had an awesome experience thanks to Alan. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different hat brands, styles, and sizes, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. The reshaping came out perfect, exactly what I wanted. Great customer service, great conversation, and top quality work. If you are getting a hat shaped, ask for Alan. He is the guy to go to.
