This places straight sucks. WORST customer experience in a long time. It took 3 people to do a simple return, and all 3 were very rude. Propably they need another round of training or whatever. I tried to keep my posture till the manager told me that I needed my card to do return, with a double meaning in her tone and gesture. They treated me like a thief at the minute I said I need to return something, like I stole what I was returning. Not planning to put a foot in that store ever again.
Very good selection of women's FR clothing and of course Boots!
