The ASM Jenny was extremely rude. I was going to sign up for their point system however I didn't want to give my phone number which I thought was unnecessary as every other store out there doesn't require it. I said that I'll pass and I rather not due to companies selling your phone number and I didn't want the hassle. She wasn't happy and instantly rude after that. My fiancee and I walked in, no hello, no greeting of any kind. But, saying hello to everyone else walking in. Then, one of the guys working there never acknowledged us or asked if we were looking for anything specific. We walked out. I was going to give them my business, but I'll try another Boot Barn. Never coming back to this location.
