Had a bad online order experience turn great thanks to Raquel (I possibly didn’t spell the name right) but Raquel made my life so much easier by tracking down a necklace I had to have to complete my outfit for vacation. I was super limited on time and thankful best customer service 🙏🏻
Adan at boot barn was so helpful and kind he helped me so much
One time I didn't realize it was so close to closing while I was in the dressing room. I didn't come out of the dressing until like 10 minutes after close cause I was trying on a bunch of stuff. They never said a word about it and were all smiles. I didn't realize what I had done until they unlocked the front door to let me out. Very nice people!
It’s probably one of the best boot barns I went into The lady up front Hispanic treated me like I didn’t belong there lol even gave me a judgmental side eye. That’s why it’s a low rating
10/10 experience multiple times. Jenny was fantastic, Mike was fantastic, ann was fantastic. We are getting married November and all groomsmen, and multiple family members and wedding party members are getting their outfits and attire from this Boot Barn, and every single employee was so eager and ready to help, they took care of us no matter the 50 shirts the groomsmen tried on and didn’t like, the boots scattered around from us they helped this stressing bride!
