Boot barn used to be a favorite place to stop in and shop at everytime we came to town. Yesterday was an entirely different experience. The store was dead, they seem to have gotten rid of a lot of the brands they used to carry and I had wanted to get. When we walked in we were met with scowls from the 2 employees who were standing at the register. 9x out of 10 when I turned around they were glaring and would quickly divert their eyes as soon as they saw i was looking at them. This is one of my favorite spots to go! The customer service is excellent!! Jess and Izi are specifically helpful and you can tell they care about their customers.
We went in a couple hours ago. Tracy helped us. She is an absolute joy! So incredibly informative, patient, and helpful. My daughter bought her first cowgirl boots. Tracy made the experience exciting and reliable. Highly recommend you request her to assist you.
