Horrible
I keep trying to give this store the benefit of the doubt but I don’t like the way I am treated when I go in, and the way my father-in-law was treated when he came in with me. I was asked did I need help 5 times in 10 minutes, and I know thats a theft deterrence tactic, but I make more money in one week then all of them do in one months paycheck, humbly said. Went in to try and exchange my boots, with receipt, that I purchased in Mesquite back in October. Was told they weren't carried in store anymore, manager told me that they couldn't order them for an exchange, that I would need to contact or go to the Mesquite store to do it. I called the Mesquite store and they said that the Tyler store should have been able to do it, exact words were "that's stupid they can do it."
