Ella was very helpful. Found the right hat, but I needed the brim cut down and Nina didn’t have time to do it on a Saturday. Store was not that busy. Ella gets a 5*, Nina gets a 2*.
Couldn't even shop in peace. The workers kept following me. Making it seem like I am a thief or I was going to steal something. I was going to buy a pair of work boots, but they were just horrible at following me it just made me feel awkward. It was on March 9, 2025, around 11 am to 11:30 am. Sucks to not be able to shop in peace in this day and age and also to be profiled feels really awkward as well.
