I love Going to this one everyone is always so happy helpful and respectful! And this sounds crazy but omg smells to good in there LOL! Please never close and stay awesome!
Bought a pair of ariat boots about a year ago. Paid around $300.00 for them the heel tore off . They said water got in there and rotted the leather .OK I don't walk in water . So they won't replace them. Sounds like a defect to me. Stay away from boot barn worst customer service. This place is a joke !!
