They've got a nice store full of a lot of nice products, but their customer service was absolutely awful. I was told different things by 3 different employees when I had tried to get a hat I brought in reshaped. It went from a couple of hours, to it'll get done tomorrow, to the next day the gentleman that seems to do the shaping "hadn't heard anything about a hat getting dropped off for reshaping." I try not to be negative, but this place just seems to have ZERO communication between their employees and results in a bad cust... read more

The ladies working the night I showed up were awesome! Stayed open while my kids picked out stuff & gave me a fireman’s discount on top of it! Know where I’m getting my boots from now on!!
