Came in tonight to look at jeans. I’ve never been here and thought I’d give it a try. The same girl asked me two times if I needed help in the span of ten minutes. I tried on some jeans, came out and suddenly there was two workers working on the area I was trying on from. The same girl asks me what size I am so she can help me. I recently had a terrible experience with Boot Barn in sioux falls Iowa. I ordered over $400 worth of products in person, but my order never went through. After waiting, I called to sort it out and ended up reordering, but once again, I never received my items. It's been over a month now, and I've placed three orders without any success. The customer service has been horrible throughout this process, and I’m extremely frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
Stopped at boot barn tonight to look for a cowboy hat and a nice pair of boots. Chandler was very helpful in explaining how the boots should fit along with the hat and helped me make good selections in both realms! 🤠
Had a terrific guys who helped the hubby. Really good store. Reasonable prices
