Great place to go for just about any country wear. Lots of options for boots and clothing and accessories for men, women, and children.
Horrible customer service, not friendly at all. What’s the point of having managers if they aren’t going to correct the behavior happening in front of them
I work 10 hours a day and I finally got time to pick out some boots, went in to find out there is only 1 shelf that has work boots with very limited opinions. nothing anywhere may 3 opinions, save yourself some time and order off a website.
Always a great experience at Boot Barn (Cypress-Hwy 290). Great selection, good prices and I always find what I want here. I believe a young man named Logan always helps me with hat shaping. He's a true artist. And he always goes above and beyond the call of duty in terms of customer service. As do all the staff here. The superior hospitality and phenomenal customer service practiced at this location is why I drive 25 miles and pass up 10 Western wear stores to get here. Boot Barn and Logan never disappoint me.
