After shopping here for years Something has gone south quickly at this store. POOR MANAGEMENT! Our family has given 2 chances here and we are done. The 2 visits in the last month, my husband was told he couldnt use the reqards the girl at the cashier said he didny have any even though we had received email reminders to use our rewards. The 2nd visit. I had a $50 off coupon and $15 reward. The girl cashier said she used both but the itemized screen did not show either. Good assortment but my sizes have limited choices.
I was meaning to put this review the day I was there but got lost in time. Anyways I had gone in for an exchange of boots for a different size. Tyler helped me with the whole transaction. He actually helped me choose the perfect boots that still fits great to this day. He was very helpful all around. I even noticed he was very helpful to his colleagues when they seemed to have a problem. He's a great leader for the company and hope nothing less then the best for him.
