I bought an expensive pair of boots that were defective, they caused my right foot a lot of pain. This store refused to make it right and was extremely rude to me.
Ordered a pair of boots 3 weeks ago, staff can't tell me when they will arrive, when they were shipped or how long I should expect to wait to actually get them. I was originally told it would be 5-7 business days. You would think being a large boot distributor that you could get a pair of boots in less than 3 weeks but I guess not!
Nice staff. Not a great selection for women. Great mens' selection.
They have a small supply of work boots, smaller store than the last couple I've been in. The girls working there were friendly and helpful.
