Came on here simply to leave a review for Rik. Didn’t buy a single thing, but his kindness and conversation brightened my spirit today. He represents this store well and is knowledgeable of the brands and products + production of it!
rik was such a pushy salesman and was constantly making our family feel uncomfortable. he kept touching my daughter on the shoulder and getting closer to her. he was telling people that he helped us but it was a girl who actually was and she did an amazing job.
Selection not good
My son and I recently visited Boot Barn in Granbury, and I can honestly say Rick is the best customer service representative I've ever experienced in my whole life. His dedication, knowledge, and genuine kindness made our visit truly exceptional. He genuinely cared and took time to meet our needs and help. I will personally travel to this location as a repeat customer even though others are closer because of him. Give that cowboy a raise!
