Stopped by to get my hat shaped and I didn't even buy it there. The staff is great there. They didn't have the hat in stock or I would have bought it there. They have a great selection of western wear, too. Super friendly and helpful.
I’ve put on some pounds so I had to get a new shirt and pants. Until the old ones fit again. Johanna helped me the whole time I was there. I told her I need a shirt that didn’t make my fat look fat and some jeans to boot. She was fantastic. The store was clean well organized. I’d come back. For the customer service alone. Mind you it’s like any other western store. Don’t go in thinking you’re paying Walmart prices while shopping saks5th. Ain’t the cheapest place but worth it for whatcha get.
Had to ask for help twice They don't carry Adams or any type of vehicle mileage booklet Poor customer service
