My son and I recently visited Boot Barn in Granbury, and I can honestly say Rick is the best customer service representative I've ever experienced in my whole life. His dedication, knowledge, and genuine kindness made our visit truly exceptional. He genuinely cared and took time to meet our needs and help. I will personally travel to this location as a repeat customer even though others are closer because of him. Give that cowboy a raise!
I came in 4/19/26 and I had a gentleman help me and I'll be danged he helped me before I know what I had in my hands and he gave me everything I had wanted as if he read my mind I greatly appreciate him and the name of this legend is Rick a hell of a worker and knows your style be the time you think of.
Great place. Found me a great pair of boots and a couple shirts. At really good prices
