Went to this location due to what side of town we were on and needing special steel toe boots while in store was not greeted by either staff we seen when I asked a young gentleman a question I was ignored... the woman on duty passed me and my boyfriend multiple times not asking if we needed help or greeted us and walking out she literally watched us without saying a word awful customer service
Manager gave me tips on hat sizing and helped pick out an outfit that it worked with. Free hat sizing and they punched holes in my belt so it fits better ( also free)
Came in from out of state in need of a hat. Was able to find a hat easily, and was able to have it shaped to my preference. Store was clean and organized, and the staff was helpful, and actually had western wear knowledge.
