I remember going in there before a few years ago with my dad to get a pair of Dan Post Boots before Christmas. Experience with Boot Barn wasn't really that great.. one of the employees stopped me posing as a customer and asked me if the boots I was getting more kangaroo and wanted to look at them. He wanted to talk about how great the material was and then I asked him if he was a worker. He said no and it was only a customer which was a blatant lie. I ordered my wife a pair of jeans and had them shipped to the store. Great excuse to shop here! They have a decent selection for the size of the store.
Pretty good work boots for the price...no complaints here
I want to thank Jimmy assit manager for his help. He was patient, attentive, and very respectful. just like other people who don't speak English, trying to communicate with him. I saw him with my own eyes. Him help o try help the customer not matter what like i see this Today, many people don't even try to help. He deserves his position, and even more so for his attention and customer satisfaction.
