Danielle the “manager” was extremely rude. After spending over $500 on a pair of boots, and before leaving the store noticing the sole on the inside was peeling up. I remember going in there before a few years ago with my dad to get a pair of Dan Post Boots before Christmas. Experience with Boot Barn wasn't really that great.. one of the employees stopped me posing as a customer and asked me if the boots I was getting more kangaroo and wanted to look at them. He wanted to talk about how great the material was and then I asked him if he was a worker. He said no and it was only a customer which was a blatant lie.
