My Daughter & I went into the location off Warm Springs where we were immediately greeted by Betty in the boot section. She was so friendly n eager to help! We knew what we were looking for; therefore Betty used her handheld to verify inventory on said boot. Within minutes my daughter had the boots of her dream! Betty also was suggestive in a boot/suede cleaner. She assisted us with proper directions for the cleaning & care of my Daughters boots! This place has an enormous selection & amazing staff! Highly recommend.
Absolutely gorgeous store in downtown summerlin. Went in to get my boots stretched for free even though I bought them elsewhere 💗 The sales girl Jaden was so helpful and escorted me to the boot counter. At that point is where my amazing experience started. She called over Decca ,one of the managers and she took over. She explained the entire process of stretching them and it takes a few days . The girl who helped me was pilot and had a great attitude! Helped me find the one pair of jeans they had long enough for my 38" inseam!
