Absolutely gorgeous store in downtown summerlin. Went in to get my boots stretched for free even though I bought them elsewhere 💗 The sales girl Jaden was so helpful and escorted me to the boot counter. At that point is where my amazing experience started. She called over Decca ,one of the managers and she took over. She explained the entire process of stretching them and it takes a few days . The wife and I were having a great day shopping today. All of the stores we visited had friendly employees and everyone was in the holiday spirit. This all changed once we stopped at the Boot barn Summerlin location. Normally I frequent Boat barn and I have always enjoyed a good experience. Somewhat mediocre experience. Anthony was great, super helpful, and an extremely polite, young man. The three women working there were stuck up, and one of them (a seasonal hire) was extremely pushy as soon as I was left alone to try on my selections. Anthony told me that the balance of the boot I'd selected for purchase was man made.
