Bootbarn was fantastic. I needed to get some boots for a wedding. I came from out of town and was not prepared for snow in April. Adrienne and Allison were very helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure the boots were in good condition and ready to handle the weather. Thank you so much for making the unexpected much easier to manage!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Boot Barn was so unbelievably bad, I feel like others should be warned. The manager, Alyssa, was hands-down the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in retail. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and had the worst attitude I’ve seen from someone in a leadership role. It felt like I was bothering her just by being there. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. Definitely won’t be coming back—there are too many other places that actually appreciate their customers.
