The experience here at the Boost Spa was okay, however I think having hidden fees in your pricing is extremely unacceptable. As a local resident in Newport (live across the street), I understand the culture of tipping. However, charging a mandatory tipping fee and not telling the clients ahead of time is not okay. I just wanted to write and give a review about a service i recently got with Rena! I am so beyond pleased and happy with the results of the facial i got! She took the time to make sure i was comfortable and that my skin got what it needed. She is so very personable, and was so full of life it made me happy.
