The experience here at the Boost Spa was okay, however I think having hidden fees in your pricing is extremely unacceptable. As a local resident in Newport (live across the street), I understand the culture of tipping. However, charging a mandatory tipping fee and not telling the clients ahead of time is not okay. I just wanted to write and give a review about a service i recently got with Rena! I am so beyond pleased and happy with the results of the facial i got! She took the time to make sure i was comfortable and that my skin got what it needed. She is so very personable, and was so full of life it made me happy. For me personality can sometimes make or break these type of service and she was beyond amazing.
