Useless service by useless staff
I want to wirte my experience. The quality of customer service is pretty bad. They hire dishonest and rude staff who don't know how to give the right change. I am not sure about their quatlity of juice that they sell. Because, Just my son loves watermelon juice from Boost. I do love a coffee. But, I just let him get juice from there. Anyway, Fruit is good for him. My son is Austistic and has speech and mental disorder. Elijah Sim was the best server, promote him! Went above & beyond. Customer service 10/10
Pathetic service and extremely rude staff, especially one male employee. I paid extra for an additional glass to split my drink, yet I was not given tissues, straws, or a glass cap. When I asked, I was told they were out of stock and the staff member reacted with anger and attitude. He was disrespectful, impatient, and handled items aggressively. The behavior felt unwelcoming and unacceptable. Boost needs to hire staff who have basic patience and customer service skills. I would give zero stars if possible. Never going back.
