Thoroughly enjoyed every session twice a week! Alison, my therapist, was fantastic, along with her counterparts, Jake and Haley, who jumped in whenever needed. Even scheduling with Laura was fun and easy. Facility and equipment was always spotless. Great location in OP. I have had several therapy sessions for a hip problem, this was by far the most productive!
I loved LOVED the therapists Boost recently FIRED. I've referred lots of clients to them over the years. If you are considering the OP location, don't do it! The owner/business manager of Boost does not care one BIT about customers OR employees. What they care about is taking your $! As for my children and myself, we will never return as clients. In fact, I will spread the word as quickly as I can that this business is a FRAUD.
I have been using boost for over a year now and recently stopped going when I was informed that my physical therapist and physical therapist assistant were being let go all of a sudden. These therapists were the best I've ever had and even were able to return me to sports when I was told that I probably wasn't going to be able to get back. My therapists treated me as more than just a patient and truly cared about my well being and progress. I will not be going back!!!
I go to the Overland Park location. All the staff there are great to work with. They always engage how your doing and work with your needs to get you back to where you want to be.
