Horrible experience. Been with them since 2010..they totally gailed me. Un knoledgable staff. I upgraded to the $50 plan to include the hotspot and 4 months later it still doesn't work. And they have never been able to fix it. Now i dont have my old..lower priced plan and cant get it back. If im going to pat $50 or more...id rather donit with a major carrier
