Tony at Boost Mobile took the time to help me for hours when we were having trouble getting my phone number linked correctly. He was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working. He also gave me a great deal on my new phone. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and dedication. I will definitely be going back to see him again when I’m ready for my next upgrade!
I had been having problems with my service as of lately and decided to go to this boost mobile since I was nearby running some errands. Sebastian stayed on the phone with customer service for over an hour and was very patient with me explaining each step. I struggle with technology due to my older age however he was so patient with me. Luckily the problem was solved soon after. Great staff. Super friendly and patient, even with an old woman like me.
They have the best customer service at this one, I always enjoy seeing Mary and Kirby, they always make sure im in and out without a problem. Been a regular here for 3 years.
I have bought my last 3 phones there and Maria is so nice. They always have the newest phones, at its quick to get in and out
