I was having a horrible time activating my phone I got online. The online customer service representatives were no help. I came to the store and Jackie went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate this woman. After having a 5 day run around, I finally have my phone working

It started good service but then later to find out that they added insurance on my account on there own because I never agreed to that in the store at all so they charged me for insurance I never wanted or showed in my records or account at all for 4 years I been a customer so I never had it or wanted it now simple s that I tried calling and calling store and customer service and only thing I heard sorry we can't do anything for you call the other and the other call the other what a joke makes no sense hope that money make y... read more
