My son's unlimited plan was just canceled for too many texts. He is a 12 year old boy on summer vacation. I called to get the story and was told the computer determined he had unusual activity and had to be canceled. No one could tell me what the limit is or even how many he even sent. Keep in mind this is an UNLIMTED plan and they acknowledged this was the truth. TOTAL SCAM, they can cancel you at anytime, for no reason with no explanation.
Worst provider and service I've ever had. Would be better off using free wifi and a home phone

My daughter and I ported in from another company we thought was bad to this place was lied to BIG TIME we are already out of data forget about the TikTok ban we are going through the boost ban from everything! On top of the lies the guy at this store told us we got the “$25” deal 🤣 what a joke that is and it’s NOT even $25 they will try to get more $$ out of you it VERY LIMITED maybe for a toddler this is ok not for a normal person!
