Call the shop on a Tuesday, explained what was goin on with my the truck and it’s turbo, right away the owner, had good insight what possibilities could be wrong and really pointed to turbo, took up there next Wednesday, drop it off to inspect and low and behold everything he told me he thought was the issues he was spot on, This GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF!! Poor communication, and the turn around time was not as advertised. They recenved my turbos on a Friday and still have not heard anything back from them and today is Wed.
Called Friday morning- explained my issues on a customers turbo. Sent out and was delivered to them on a Monday, was repaired and sent back to me Tuesday. 4.5hrs away up in Jacksonville.. 24hr turn around!! Excellent Service and Communication..
