How hard is it to update your operating hours? Says closes 5.30pm, arrive at 5.10pm and get told you are closed. Staff are aware and just said yeah ‘they just haven’t updated the hours online’ so clearly they know about it and this isn’t a surprise.
530 close apparently but get there at 510 and they still tell you they're closed
Had to request a refund as I’ve Been waiting over 20min for a smoothie The boy/guy working there has zero customer skills or charisma. He was just taking his time to do my smoothie(literally taking his time, just check the cameras if any in there)People that actually ordered after me got their drinks first.( thanks to the lovely girl doing everything on her own,..I wasn’t lucky enough) I get it, if you are new but if you don’t know what to do just ask for help. The staff on 10/01/24 at wintergarden are friendly and helpful. Considering the volume and traffic, I’m impressed with their customer service. Keep up with the hard work
