We waited seven minutes for the girls to take our orders but they never arrived. They just stalled until 5pm. Finally, they came out and told us they were closed because four customers were waiting in line. This is unacceptable! Do better Boost.
I don’t understand the hate this boost juice gets, it has great vegan options, good wait time, it tastes amazing! This is my favourite juice place to go to. It has options that anyone can enjoy and constantly spices up the menu, it is also in a great area, near sushi places and Kmart, whenever I’m at waurn ponds you bet I get a good juice from this place.
Extremely rude service, staff member rolled her eyes when we couldn’t decide what we wanted after them not having the ingredients to make what we wanted. She did not call out our drinks when they were ready. Also, my mum was choking on some food and I asked for water, the girl ignored me for a moment and then snapped at me “I’m getting it” when I asked again.
