Lovely customer service from the girls working ☺️
Very tasty. They made too much so upgraded us.
While the girls were busy chitchatting away, there was a line of people struggling to use the self service iPad. When I asked the girls to serve on the POS they said they can’t use the POS and orders can only be made through the iPad.. which seems odd considering someone recently served me regularly… we left after a few more minutes of people struggling to order through the iPad with no assistance.
I am an IKEA coworker and a regular customer, visiting your store at least three times a week. I know there is a discount available for IKEA coworkers, but unfortunately, it’s often overlooked during checkout—understandably so, as many of the staff seem to be new. However, during my visit today around 3:50 PM, I encountered another new team member.
