Came here the other week and ordered a drink, proceeded to wait 30 mins, and still didn't receive my order. When I asked where my drink was, they said that I had never paid for my order and that I should go back and order again. I then showed them my order information and got given the nastiest looks before another employee made my order 10 minutes later. Can't say I'm satisfied with my experience, Boost Tuggeranong can do better.
My wife ordered online 2 beverages. She had me go and get the drinks. I left my mobile in the car accidentally. Went straight to Boost and couldn’t see any drinks waiting, and noticed the store was busy, so I was prepared for a wait. Turned my son away with cash, refused to take his cash and I witnessed the transaction. It is terrible that you wouldn't accept cash it is legal tender
Service was a joke. Myself and other customers waited over 35 minutes for a drink on a busy Saturday. My order was given to someone else due to a mistake and was never remade. The music was so loud no one could hear the orders being called out and the team were not using names resulting is people taking the wrong items.
