First time visiting the store. The service attendant looked unhappy to be at work. Nobody was smiling while at work. I myself worked in Boost across the country so I'm aware of the happy vibe that comes with the service. My name was not taken and felt so impersonal. It was quite busy for 1pm. Boost Juice has always been refreshing, but never more so than now. The drinks are top notch – always fresh, full of flavour, and the perfect pick-me-up. But what really seals the deal for me is that integrity flows right through the company from the top down. Let’s just say, if certain decisions on a certain island had gone the other way, this would’ve been a 1-star review. Thankfully, loyalty and good taste won out – both in juice and in judgment. 4 stars, took more then 10 minutes. Juice is juice and juice is good
Came here the other week and ordered a drink, proceeded to wait 30 mins, and still didn't receive my order. When I asked where my drink was, they said that I had never paid for my order and that I should go back and order again. I then showed them my order information and got given the nastiest looks before another employee made my order 10 minutes later. Can't say I'm satisfied with my experience, Boost Tuggeranong can do better.
