This has to be the best Boost joint cause of their customer service. I turned up a couple of weeks ago just past 9 pm on a Thursday and Isla who had cleared up everything and was about to shut shop, happily made me a shake. She did say a fresh juice would not be possible as it involves a lot more cleaning. I'd highly recommend the place cause if the excellent service provided by Isla.
Worker was chatting with a customer for over 5 mins after they ordered and I was still waiting to be served.
Birthday deal not honoured as a member for over 5 years, very poor service. Stall was also not very well maintained one of the menu display offline.
Came here yesterday to redeem my free birthday boost. Got told to go Macquarie Centre to claim it because “their system is down” lol. They had no problems scanning other customers so I guess the free boost is highly discretionary. TIL
