Worker was chatting with a customer for over 5 mins after they ordered and I was still waiting to be served.
Birthday deal not honoured as a member for over 5 years, very poor service. Stall was also not very well maintained one of the menu display offline.
Came here yesterday to redeem my free birthday boost. Got told to go Macquarie Centre to claim it because “their system is down” lol. They had no problems scanning other customers so I guess the free boost is highly discretionary. TIL
Very bad attitude..not getting juice from there anymore..disappointed
