Very bad customer service and the drink was so bad. When I asked question they did respond properly as well.
Very disappointing experience. We paid for everything we ordered, so there’s absolutely no reason to treat customers poorly. Whoever was working around 4:40 PM needs to understand that customers deserve respect and proper service. We’re paying customers, not asking for free drinks. Please improve the attitude and customer service next time.
Worst experience ever. I went today around 4:40pm thinking to have mango&coconut juice as they always make it best. But today the girl in the reception was very rude. When I got my drink I took one sip and it was very bland and mostly coconut water only barely mango and taste very bad. We went there just 10 minute ago to get some juice. I ask the girl in reception whether the tropical option are juice or smotthie whe just look at me so weiredly and speak bit rudly saying smoothie. Her tone was so rude and not polite enough to answer our question. We are asian and we can feel how racist she was while attending us that time. After taking the order she was clearly showing anger the next minute in the smoothiw jar and the smotthie we receive was tasteless and when we question her why it is not tasting as usual... read more
