I am overwhelmed by the customer service and kindness of Elise at the SCUH Boost Juice. She always attends to the counter promptly with a big smile, and is a pleasure to be served by. My daughter has had a long hospital admission, and on the few occasions I have gotten a juice, considering how many customers she serves, she somehow remembered my name. This is the best Boost Juice on the sunshine coast. The staff clearly care about their customers, making every single smoothie perfectly consistent with quality. Im a regular as i work in the hospital, their service is the highlight of my day. They all are clearly enjoying their job together and with customers. The manager, Mars, remembers my order without me even having to say anything other than “how are you”. The atmosphere obviously isn't great because it's a hospital, and I was there because I had to go to the hospital, but the people working there were fast and lovely and the drinks were much better than Boosts normally are. would drink again
Cannot complain about service when there is none. Twice we went to get a juice and both times didn't even get acknowledged. 2 girls to busy discussion what they did on the weekend rather than look up and see they had 2 customers in front of the counter. Going to be at scuh 5 days a week for seven weeks, that could equate to a lot of lost business because I'm taking my money elsewhere.
I'd just like to say I'm highly disappointed and somewhat upset I ordered a mango magic like I normally do knowing it has no traces of orange in because I'm highly allergic to then not even drink half and come up in a serious allergic reaction causing me to end up in hospital myself.
