Consistently closes 30-40 minutes early, happened twice in the last 7-10 days we been past. Will avoid in future.

I had a really disappointing experience at Boost Juice in Springvale. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive — I was standing at the counter waiting to be served while they were minding their own business. When I ordered a Protein Supreme (original size) with no ice due to stomach issues with cold drinks, the staff told me it couldn’t be done because ice is a “main ingredient.” I explained my situation, and she said the drink would only be “less than 200ml” without ice, which makes no sense.
