Around 8 PM last night, my kids were served by a lady with red hair. They ordered four drinks, and one of my daughters didn’t like her drink, so she went back to request a replacement. Shockingly, the staff member snatched the drink out of her hand and rolled her eyes at her — completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Service is good but they do muck up from time to time which is an issue - there are seats to wait - the staff are friendly here - however Id reccomend Epping (its 10 mins down the road) they rarely muck up orders
The staff looked like they were tidying up ready for close, but still served me with a bright smile and polite manner, juice was great, usually a mango magic kind of guy but was suggested blueberry blast, and oh my did I have a blast drinking it!
Juices are hit and miss. Sometimes ok, most of the time overloaded with juice and minimal other ingredients. They close at 5pm on a Saturday, we approached at 4:30pm only to be rudely told they are "flat out" and not taking anymore orders. The screens were off, there were 4 workers all cleaning up as if they were closing and no one waiting for an order. Looked like they couldn't be arsed doing their job and decided to shut up shop early.
