The lady working is soo rude and arrogant 0 customer service and not smiling at all If you don’t have customer service knowledge then you should not be working in these fields at all.
Stupid ripoffs I have the Juice boost app and it clearly shows my 10th juice should be free but staff still tried to make me pay for it saying “just this time” They claimed my phone is not registered which makes zero sense because the app literally tracks how many juices I’ve already bought and shows the 10th one is free If the app is counting my purchases then it’s obviously registered enough to honour the reward this is misleading and feels like a scam to avoid giving customers what they earned very disappointing I won’t b... read more
