Used the new touchscreen ordering system - it was painfully slow to complete the order... Worse than the Macca's touchscreens and that's saying something.
Worst customer services by girl at front Disgusting experience
Took me 3 visits to do this review, I was hoping my visit will be better and I was giving the workers the benefit of doubt, but it kept getting worse! Literally the worst Boost ever! Workers are extremely rude and not friendly, they always pack up 30-45 minutes early and they stop making orders that seem like “too much work” for them. I ordered mine with extras which obviously I paid extra for and they didn’t even add the extras for me! Workers packed away 45 mins before close so had limited options. The one we ordered was runny compared to usual
The staff here were so bright and friendly towards me even though I was quite uncertain about my order
