My daughter ordered a plain Watermelon juice and it tasted like it has carrot in it. I ordered a Wondermelon which had lots of chunks left in the juice. We laughed and ate it like a fruit platter and the last bit is shown in the photo below. I do not recommend this store to others at all 😶
Honestly terrible. I waited 30 minutes for a smoothie that was bad. It took 20 minutes for them to make it and then it sat there for 10 minutes without anyone calling it out. It was full of chunks of ice because a worker threw ice at another worker while she was pouring it. The customer service was terrible and overall it was a bad time. 0/10. Will never go back. Hire some new staff or train your current ones. 30 minutes for one lousy smoothie is stupid.
Jordi needs a bonus and a day off paid! Working alone in Watertown and was the hardest worker I’ve seen in years, and still making sure to get to every customer. Hopefully she can receive some support from management as she’d be a tough loss for your business!
