Service was below standard. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping and treated me like I was an inconvenience. Not a place I’ll be rushing back to.
Terrible store. The chocolate boost I bought for my daughter was way too dilute as there was too much ice. And at the bottom of the cup was some unblinded fruit?
Disappointing service. I had to ask the girl multiple times what she said because she couldn't or wouldn't speak loudly. No polite disposition. Leaves a bad taste. Both drinks were good enough but we've had better boosts. Don't work in hospitality if you can't talk or greet customers politely.
The Lady at Boost Parramatta Westfields was straight up rude. My drink was made wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed she gave me attitude, rolled her eyes right in front of me and just looked annoyed the whole time. Had her hair out too which is kinda gross when you’re making drinks. Honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Level 5 Boost Juice- seem understaffed, under resourced and pressured. Customer service is minimal and it’s astounding how the owner/manager can walk off on a break, leaving her three workers to tend to a queue of about 15 waiting customers. You would think serving customers would be a priority. Probably one of the worst boost juices in Sydney.
