The Lady at Boost Parramatta Westfields was straight up rude. My drink was made wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed she gave me attitude, rolled her eyes right in front of me and just looked annoyed the whole time. Had her hair out too which is kinda gross when you’re making drinks. Honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Level 5 Boost Juice- seem understaffed, under resourced and pressured. Customer service is minimal and it’s astounding how the owner/manager can walk off on a break, leaving her three workers to tend to a queue of about 15 waiting customers. You would think serving customers would be a priority. Probably one of the worst boost juices in Sydney.

The staff and the service is excellent. Enjoyed my drink.
Horrible service, baktar I think her name was. Was on her phone while my drink was just sitting there. I was waiting a while to be served while the other girl was just washing dishes. After she got off her phone she poured my drink into a cup and it was y filled all the way so she just added ice and it became so watery. Horrible service would not go again
