I would never go to this Boost Juice location again. I tried to pay at the self-service screen, but my payment was declined. I then went to the front counter, where I was told that one of the ATMs/card machines was not working. I tried the other machine with a different card, and it still kept declining, even though I had sufficient funds on both cards. I went to level 2. I ordered the protein supreme. I was a disappointment the flavour was not right. I think it is missing something like honey. They need to concentrate so that they can put all the correct ingredients. Instead they keep talking and talking. There is this Asian guy there and I think he needs more training. Dated 23/07/2025 approx 6 to 6.15 pm

I'm confused because one of the staff members said I couldn't get the birthday drink with the boost app and she said I had to have the vibe card which isn't what the official website says. Not only that, but she was incredibly snappy and rude about it. I left without getting anything cos I didn't want to deal with it. I wish she actually explained why and how to me instead of dismissing me so quickly.

lady works here at noon on Wed. Not only the poor service and inattentive to customers, but also the juice tastes awful. She s so talented she can turn any sweet drinks into poisonous elixir. How can u make it so sour and no sweetness at all and blend in the last. I reckon they mess up with ingredients or mixed up with other drinks. Shocking.

Rude staff. Staff handed the order with the drink spilled over the side without cleaning it up. I had to wipe off the mess as the cup was sticky and wet. I asked if they had a bin to throw the tissue. She told me to find a bin elsewhere when she was the one who caused the mess. The store was not even busy. Just bad service from that specific young female staff >:( Level 2 store 27/06 noon.
