I went here and the self order screen wasnt working and nobody did anything about it, there was like 5 people pecking the screen expecting it to work - So I went to order in person and the lady at the counter didnt even acknowledge me and when the other girl was making my drink she just left it behind the blenders then went to go text on her phone and I didnt get my drink for 5 minutes because she forgot to call my name and just left it behind the blender like what..
Always my go-to Boost Juice in Parramatta for a sweet treat and chill vibe. The Frappuccinos are consistently delicious, staff are friendly even during busy hours, and the location inside Westfield is super convenient. Perfect place to relax, especially for birthday reward drinks thanks for my birthday reward drink.
Went in today at around 2pm and the staff was sooo sweet. I thought my drink was a little sour and she remade it no problem 😊 peak customer service and beautiful smile!
Stupidity of the manager caused a long queue. It’s a long wait for drink just because they want to save on wages.
