I went in around 10:30 today, expecting the same simple drink I’ve ordered countless times from the Castle Hill and Macquarie Boost stores. But nothing prepared me for how shocking my experience at the Parramatta location would be. This was, without exaggeration, the worst Boost visit I’ve ever had. Abhinav makes my drink every time we go, always smiling, friendly and provides great tasting drinks.
Staffs were playing around talking even when they had orders to make and customers in line. Unprofessional.
I miss Clinton he was the goat he was so good at making the drinks and did so well at his job, I love his service and I'm really sad he's gone currently, I am a regular and I brought all my mates and he simply served all the drinks so fast!! will definitely come back when Clinton returns because he's the best worker I've ever seen work a boost joint, not even the Hurstville joint can even compare to this!!!!!
What a joke. I stood in line on a 38-degree day, sweating and waiting patiently for my turn, only for the staff member to tell me “We’re closed” the second the clock hit 6:00 pm. No apology, no care, nothing. I explained I’d been waiting the whole time, but she couldn’t care less. Just turned her back and refused to serve me — even with people still in line!
