Lovely staff, their energy was very positive!
I went in a few days ago and the workers were lovely! Despite it being busy they were able to make my drink rather quickly and appologised for the wait. Very courteous staff!!
I love boost but there are times you just have to call out bad service I was at the Pacenham one over the week end and I will have to say I was very dissaponted I felt ignored even thou there were staf members I was standiing at the register and not one person came to serve me and I am not going to just stand there and wait for some person to serve me Very poor customer service
The staff were not only rude, they had very little interest in completing orders with any sense of urgency. Other than ourselves, there were 3 other people waiting for their smoothies much longer than us. With 3 staff “working”, none of which needed to take orders due to the automated computer ordering system, you would think the orders would be much quicker. Great service from the young guy on this evening around 5:15, by himself. Super friendly and helpful, especially finding the drink I was after - the app showed it on a preview pop up last night but then didn't have it on the menu, he found it on his screen and then made it. From one retail worker to another, your customer service are hard to come by, so keep up the great work
