Great service from the young guy on this evening around 5:15, by himself. Super friendly and helpful, especially finding the drink I was after - the app showed it on a preview pop up last night but then didn't have it on the menu, he found it on his screen and then made it. From one retail worker to another, your customer service are hard to come by, so keep up the great work

Unfortunately very disappointing. Waited 35 mins for an app order whilst the two young staff dordled around cluelessly and ignored other customers requesting their assistance. All for my "smoothie" to be a disgusting, warm, muddy puddle. When I politely told the young man this, he took it back, poured half the smoothie into the blender with ice, blended it and gave it back. I was mortified. I visited this juice shop recently, and while the juice itself was good, I had a mixed experience with the staff. The girl who took my order was really nice and polite, and the one who handed me the juice was also very kind and professional. However, while I was waiting for my order, there was another staff member who left me quite disappointed. All the staff here are so polite and well behaved. The young male who worked on Sunday yesterday is a legend, I reckon future manager material he is.
