I order my boost by the app my mate ordered his 8 minutes after me we went down to pick them up his was ready 9 minutes before mine & numerous people came & ordered at the counter & got there’s before me . Never again will I go where that towel head girl works at norwest boost
The service at this place is a disgrace!! Ordered, paid, service girl made juice but wouldn't pour to give us our order and made us wait 15 minutes. After asking her to please pour the juice so we can leave, she ignored, served others and made us wait another 5 minutes. I ended up leaving without taking our order. $18 wasted.
Has a promotion that says buy 2 original boost juice and get a junior for free. Already bought 2 original before we saw the promotion and asked if they can still honor the promo but they denied it and was told that we should've told them about the promo before we bought the 2 original boost juice. They don't even mention the promo or offer it to you when you buy. What's the point of the promotion if your staff don't even know it exists in the first place.
Went today at 11am and there was one staff present. She made my drink really quickly and the texture was perfect. Place looked clean and they have some slightly more reasonable prices compared to other busier boosts. Would come again :)
