I had called and confirmed closing time before arriving due to public holiday when arriving I could see they were packing down before the closing time. Visibly not completely closed, when trying to order the manager had come to me laughing in my face saying can’t you see we are closed because they were dead. I had then told him I had called and confirmed closing time, and he told me to bad that they are closed poor management and poor customer service.
Ordered 1 flavour & got given another. When I told staff that wasn’t what I ordered they claimed I had said something different & refused to replace my drinks. Very disappointing given I had ordered 5 drinks. Won’t be back to this franchise.
