Nim and Melissa and her staff are absolutely awesome I come everyday and they automatically no my order very friendly caring people always have smiles on there face thank you guys
Great service by all the employees (Melissa & nim and the others) good drinks and sweets definitely recommend.
Service is insanely poor. Seems like the staffs were having arguments among themselves which they are unleashing on customers. Had a long wait, the smoothy was incredibly runny. Overall worst boost juice experience
Have been a long time boost customer but didn’t have such appalling service until today in Merrylands at around 11:30am. Staff had made order not per request and upon politely requesting to fix it, was met with terrible attitude and speech. After trying to “fix” the order they threw the cups on the counter and pointed to them to collect. The straw holder was empty.
