Service was disappointing was in line at 4:47 and staff member said the manger has told them to no longer take orders. I questioned their closing time, she then accepted to take my order. The lady serving me was quite bitter after and when I wanted to change an ingredient in my "Mango & Co" (coconut cream to sorbet) she responded "it has coconut in the title for a reason". The service I received was disappointing and unprofessional. I would encourage management to review staff training around respect and customer care.
Beautiful customer service from the team today. One of the workers, Dounya if I remember correctly, was absolutely lovely in handling my order. I look forward to coming here again in the near future!
The attitude of one of the workers was absolutely foul. Look, I get it orders can get mixed up when it’s busy, no big deal. But the only scarfed team member decided to respond to my husband’s polite question with pure attitude, then carried on slamming blenders and cups like a toddler having a tantrum while glaring at us as if we’d personally ruined her day. Completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and embarrassing. Like girl chill, you’re just blending fruit together lmao
Manager on shift yesterday was incredible polite and took me through all the options for me . I had explained to her not wanting anything that was high in sugar and she navigated me through all the fresh juices and even recommended me to add ginger which was delicious . Will definitely be coming here again 👍
