Extremely Disappointed with the Service – Boost Macarthur Square Absolutely terrible customer service tonight. My husband was standing at the cashier *ready to place an order*, with still **10 minutes until closing**, and **three staff members** were just standing around, chatting and ignoring him completely for over **five minutes**. Not one of them acknowledged him or even had the courtesy to say they were closing soon. I went in the morning on a weekday and bought the banana buzz. The service was WONDERFUL. I had the happiest guy ever serve me, who seemed to enjoy his job, and he remembered my name, using it repeatedly. I don’t know if he was the manager or what but he KNOWS customer service.
Too slow, i get that it is busy sometimes but nobody was bothered to move at all today. Early in the morning !!!
Super fast service and a tasty drink—definitely a win
I got the one called "Bananas for choc" and absolutely loved it! Highly recommend! Great service as well. When we wanted to order through the screen it didn't work to pay.
