Below average service. Waited almost 20minutes for two orders. Cool staff, friendly, but do not know how to recover a customers experience, (waiting 18mins45secs) That’s why the 1star review. The young girl who served me apologised two or three times which is great, But still if anyone waits for a long time there might be an opportunity to recover us, as an idea how about an extra shot of protein or collagen or something. An apology is great, and an offer to recover is better.
A young blonde/brownish hair girl made an exceptional drink for me on a satruday afternoon. Her customer service skills were incredible and she really seemed to care about her job and the way she represented the store. I would for sure come back and order a gym junkie again in hopes i am greeted by this staff member. :)
Had a great experience at Boost Juice Knox! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Tamara and Kimi for their amazing customer service. they were both so helpful, professional, and made my visit even better. Definitely recommend this place! 😊🥤
