Kids working here and taking names for orders. My wife clearly said her name and she went to look at shoes. They called the name Shaun which ended up being our order. The girls are too busy talking about creepy men messaging them on Instagram. Unprofessional for a workplace heard by customers. Making people wait in 42 degree heat due to incompetence. Happy to take a 15 percent surcharge though
