I ordered all berry bang, one of the seed stuck in my throat for the rest of the day, I can feel it every time I sallow something
I ordered large size but they give me less than medium one. If you couldn’t fill the full cup, you still redo again
I was beyond frustrated yesterday when I waited at the register around 5 pm. Two female employees were cleaning, and both of them saw me standing there but completely ignored me. I waited for what felt like an eternity—at least 8 minutes—before I finally gave up and decided to order through the app, even though I didn’t want to because of how glitchy it is. The boost they made was fine, but their customer service was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
As a current TL at another location I absolutely love boost and this store which is close to me however just some feedback almost every drink I’ve ordered is at the wrong consistency please girls pay attention to listening out to the blenders and add more liquid if the drink hasn’t blended properly! Please just work on correct consistency of the drinks! :)
Ordered a juice with no ice. It was served to me about 4cm below full. I complained about it but they said that if you take an ingredient out it will always be a bit low. This was disappointing to hear considering that when ever I buy juices from other Boost stores they are always filled to the top even with a missing ingredient. Also, other Boost stores will ask me if I would like extra yogurt to make up the difference. Customer service at Doncaster store is very poor.
