got served at 4.40 Sunday 23rd March at boost juice, served by a larger brunette who was giving plenty of attitude, getting confused with the simple order of 1 peachy melon smoothie and she also didn’t fill the drink up full but I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything because of the vibes I was getting. Probably best if she improves her customer service.

Went to get my free Birthday juice, got asked for ID, which was fine, showed them that it was my birthday. Went to scan my perks card on the app, but didn't go through, apparently that machine was down? Got another worker over, to help her out, she explained there machine was down and couldn't scan my card, therefor I wouldn't be able to accumulate points on my account, I explain that I didn't care about that, as I'm leaving the country soon, I just wanted my free smoothie, on my special day.
