I think this store just rides on the brand name charging extortion prices for reconstituted juice and ice.
The supervisor is just the worst. Every time I order a drink with no ice the staff are happy to accommodate except for the supervisor who acts like it’s coming out of her own salary. She also left the poor young girl to do EVERYTHING while she stood in the back cleaning a juicer. The line was so long that I saw people leave because they weren’t being served. When the poor girl handed me my drinks she was shaking. Management here needs an overhaul. Obviously profit over staff/customers with this boost juice.
Having only one worker on a Saturday morning is wild. We stood there waiting a good 10 minutes just for the young lady to take our order before we eventually got over it and went to Chatime instead. Honestly, pretty poor decision from the business owner. Three orders you missed out on simply because you’re too tight on staff.
10 minutes still waiting. It's certainly not fast food!
