Really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but finding plastic in food or drinks is a big no for me. I ordered three drinks, and all of them were contaminated — two of my family members even swallowed small bits of plastic. It was both disappointing and quite scary. The service was also slower than usual compared to other Boost stores. On the positive side, the staff did remake the drinks, which I appreciated, but honestly, I would have preferred a refund given the situation. Update: Thanks for responding. Today I received a great juice and nice service.all berries drink love it
Customer service was great , but u asked for both my drinks to be thick and I was only given one drink that was thick and the other was very watery
I want to start by saying I was greeted with a friendly smile from a young lady named Imogene. As it was my first time trying Boost Juice, she kindly offered me a variety of drink options to choose from. I ended up selecting the Pure Eden smoothie, and I couldn’t be happier—not just with the delicious taste, but also with the excellent service. The entire Boost Juice team seemed lovely, and Imogene in particular had outstanding customer service skills. I’m extremely impressed with my experience and highly recommend visiting.
Drinks are always amazing and staff are really nice!
