Staff are well presented and friendly and happy and give me a member card great service and the juices are lovely

I ordered for choc muscle hustle without ice but I saw the girl adding ice to the drink. I thought it might be someone else’s drink but it was mine. Upon telling the you have added ice, she said she gonna fix it. Instead of making a new one she added more powder and ice cream to it. I wanted without ice because I can’t drink that icy cold drink. I was ready to pay extra to add extra stuff but they gave me 3/4 drink not even full cup. Staff needs to read the order slip properly.
