Usually they are pretty good at this location. But today the service was lacking. They sent me my drink with no straw. I’m not sure how I can drink it without a straw so I logged a refund through uber eats and got my money back.
Irresponsible Staff, whenever you go they present you with some weird reason so that you don’t order and sometimes close early whereas on the maps says 6 pm closing.
I asked for a lemon crush, answer was NO they don’t do that. I asked for another drink on the menu and asked to add lemon. Answer again NO. They don’t ever keep lemon there. Walking out I see lemons for sale on the shelf. WHAT A JOKE Parjeet!
Worst boost customer service ever. Firstly they’re always closed. It was my birthday and I tried redeeming the free boost and since they had been closed early every day that week I came and wasn’t given one. It was super rude like really I showed him my Id and email and boost card. So ugly
I called the Boost close to the closing time and waited for me to arrive before they closed to ensure I got my smoothie! Great customer service :)
