Why bother accepting app orders to 'save time' if you're not going to bother looking at the incoming orders receipt printer? More times than not when I come in here, the staff are standing around in front of empty registers while online orders are piled up on top of the printer being largely ignored.
Came in 1hr after opening time and was told the won’t be ready for another 10-15 minutes. Clearly not a well managed store
